Our conference facilities, centrally located on the resort property, has 6 meeting rooms available for your use.
Burke Room—Board Room seating up to 10 people with spectacular views of Burke Mountain.
The Wheelock Room—our largest event space in the Inn’s Granary with access to our outdoor patio. This space holds up to 100 theater, 56 classroom, or 72 banquet style.
The Sheffield Room—accommodates up to 100 theater style or 56 classroom style and is located on the second level of the Inn’s Granary building.
Juniper’s Dining Room—perfect for luncheons of 15-50 people. Located in the main inn with access to our sitting rooms for a casual atmosphere. There are spectacular views from the dining porch of the mountains and valleys with access to an outdoor patio ideal for a pre-dinner cocktail gathering.
The Living Room—located at the Stepping Stone Spa. Providing a beautiful vista with comfortable couches and chairs in a circular setting. Comfortably seats 12 people.
St. Catherine Library & Gathering Room—located at the inspirational Chapel, a beautiful meeting room with sitting areas and meeting tables. Capacity for up to 40 people.
