A Celebration of Spirit, Community & Gravel Roads

On Saturday, May 10th, 2025, The Wildflower Inn is proud to once again host the post-ride celebration for the Ride for Mo—an unforgettable day of gravel riding, connection, and purpose in Vermont’s beautiful Northeast Kingdom.

Organized by the Moriah Wilson Foundation, this annual event brings together cyclists from near and far to honor the life and spirit of Moriah “Mo” Wilson—an extraordinary athlete, adventurer, and human being. While it’s not a race, it’s every bit as powerful. It’s a day to ride the roads Mo loved, reflect on what brings us joy, and support a cause rooted in expanding access to outdoor recreation, sport, and education.

🌿 Why Ride?

All proceeds from registration go directly to the Moriah Wilson Foundation, which supports organizations focused on healthy living, youth empowerment, and community building. When you ride, you’re not just pedaling for yourself—you’re fueling opportunities for others to move, grow, and connect.

Take a look at the amazing organizations supported in 2024 on the Foundation’s website.

🚴‍♂️ Routes for Every Rider

Whether you’re in it for the long haul or just want a scenic cruise, there’s a ride for you:

  • Victory Lap – A true challenge with rewarding views
  • Kirby Cup – For those who want to climb (and stream-cross!) twice
  • Maple Pop – New this year! A gentler 16.5-mile lollipop loop with just 1,600 ft of climbing and no stream crossings

Expect well-marked gravel routes, aid stations, and mechanical support by Specialized.

🎉 The Celebration at The Wildflower

After the ride, the good vibes continue right here at The Wildflower Inn on Darling Ridge Road. This year’s post-ride party includes:

  • Live music by Brett Hughes & Friends
  • Lawn games & community fun
  • Handmade ceramic mugs by Kate Gray of GRAYHILL MADE
  • Hydration support from Untapped & Skratch
  • Food, beverages, and time to chill with fellow riders

We’re honored to be part of this meaningful day and to provide a place for riders to relax, refuel, and reflect.
